Do not worry. for computer accessories and peripherals

It didn't work. I did nothing to get the picture. I don't just mean Netflix, which isn't working, but anything. When I started sending Revain back they said don't even bother sending it back. I don't think I'm the first to have this problem. I returned it and spent $40 on the iOS one. It works like a dream. Netflix and such.
