What you see is a 27" EW2780-L monitor after 6 months of use with the back of a plastic coffee cup (accidentally) bumping into a corner. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement - they just don't make them like they used to. I sent a request to BenQ Support and received a response in less than an hour. "So as you can see the support isn't bad, but it's just a shame these monitors are so cheaply made these days. This particular monitor was built in September 2020 and I recommend looking elsewhere for comparable price monitors!
