After replacing my main brush with one of these, my vacuum stalled several times while cleaning and complained that the brush was stuck (like it had run over a cord). About a week later I turned the vacuum over and rotated the brush by hand and heard a scratching noise. I tried a different brush; no creaking. Finally, I pulled out the caliper and noticed that the bristles of the first brush were about 2mm longer than the second. 2mm might not sound like much, but it seems to be the difference between having your robot vacuum finished and parked in the middle of your living room all day.
