The plugin have great feature for video conference with users in our community; the best thing about this tool its simple user interface easy enough you can get familiar within few minutes. sometimes i found difficulties while loading the chat application it could be improve more by adding new color theme option which help make our service look professionally; but overall everything working fine no complaint so far; I strongly suggested all who having such requirement should use kontent solution to connect your clients or team members across around globe at any time. we are using it as social media management website and helping other companies and individuals connected globally via their facebook page and twitter account through kontent toolkit features like create event in calendar using date/time stamp of events from various sources. The best feature of this plugin is the ability to add chat box in your website which will enable you to have real time chat with your visitors and customers. It is very easy to install and configure the software. I don't like its price as it's too high for a free product. I think it should be at least $20.00 to be able to purchase it. We have added the chat box in our ecommerce website and we are getting good feedbacks from our clients regarding the chat box.
