I waited a week before writing this review and tested it under different circumstances. I shot many shots: landscape, architecture, maternity and portrait to test this lens as best as possible. I found it really great value for money. Here's a list of the pros and cons: Pros - Fast autofocus, sharp images, great focal length for street photography (take it with you), light weight despite being metal, great solid construction! I took some night shots and the result was surprisingly good. All in all, this is a great lens to take with you if you don't want to ship it and want great pictures. I personally haven't had any issues with vignetting - that's what other reviews say, but I don't know what they're talking about as I haven't seen it. Cons - because this is a third-party lens. I think you can always expect a bit of wobbling. If I pressed the shutter speed too many times my LCD screen would go blank and my Sony A7iii would not respond at all. I would have to turn it off and count to 5 and then turn it back on to see anything again. So it's a little annoying, weird, and a little unsettling. Also, on one occasion when we switched back to autofocus from manual mode, it didn't seem to register that we went back to automatic mode and continued to act as if we were in manual mode - this only happened once. It has an aperture ring, which I like, but it seems to tend to move on its own, so keep that in mind. This strange phenomenon of repeatedly pressing the shutter button and accidentally turning off the LCD screen is the reason why I rated it 4 stars. out of 5. Otherwise this is a pretty solid lens and I highly recommend it! I've seen other reviews collapse after 2 or 3 months. I will update this review when my lens decides to move to greener pastures.
