I ordered this kit for my Samsung electric dryer which I bought about 7 years ago; it stopped heating but everything else seemed to be working on it. My husband installed this kit in under an hour (all three pieces) and our dryer got hot and worked fine. However, almost exactly a month later we suddenly had the same problem; the dryer has stopped heating. We ran diagnostics and found that one of the parts in the kit was failing exactly a day after my return window closed. I contacted the seller anyway and he gave me great customer service! Without asking any questions or making it difficult, they responded within 24 hours and sent a replacement kit without my knowledge. Our dryer is working again. After testing each new part individually, we found that the thermostat had failed. We've made some adjustments to how we dry things (medium instead of high) and hope the pieces last a lot longer this time. I would definitely order from this seller again if I had to. It's better than paying manufacturer prices and the customer service is top notch!
