The seller immediately sent me a new product and after installing it has been working fine for more than a week. The photos the seller sent to verify the installation were easy and informative. Just what I needed to fix my dryer! After searching YouTube for a good DIY video, I solved this problem in about an hour. I'm just an average handyman. I think I really only needed the heating element, but thought it would be a good idea to swap out the fuses/contacts just in case. You can only get the heating element. I wasn't sure what exactly wasn't working either, causing my dryer not to heat up. However, IT WORKS! I saved HUNDREDS by doing this repair myself. YOU CAN DO THAT! Good price!

I ordered this kit for my Samsung electric dryer which I bought about 7 years ago; it stopped heating but everything else seemed to be working on it.
