Review on πŸ’‹ DHC Lip Cream Duo - Pack of 2 by James Wing

Revainrating 5 out of 5

At first I had doubts, but now completely sold!

Although I was very skeptical as Revain didn't have many reviews, I decided to give this product a try after seeing it on several different beauty blogs. I've just moved to a country with a cold/harsh climate and I'm tired of showing up to work with dry, chapped lips and watching my lipstick peel off all day. The first app blew my mind! I immediately felt it cover my lips with velvety softness. It felt thick and protective, but not coarse or petroleum jelly. Since trying it over a month ago I have noticed significantly less cracking, dryness and cracking. This is the first lip product that really heals my lips, not just a temporary cure. In fact, after the first three weeks of heavy daily use throughout the day, I haven't used it that much. Now I usually apply it once in the morning before applying a lip color and then right before bed. I have tried many different lip products over the years and think DHC will have a loyal customer base. But I can't imagine having to buy it for long. The two packs allow me to keep one by my bed and the other in my purse and I think now that my use is gentler it will last me year round. Don't let the price shock you. Again, you get two, and I've seen lip care options at Sephora and the like that cost $18 for just one product. I firmly believe that this has been a valuable investment in my lips for the past year. As for the smell-related reviews, I don't actually smell any.
