My kids asked for alarm clocks because getting up for school was a problem in our house; They didn't know that I had already decided on this one. I bought two of these watches as Christmas gifts and my kids love them. The clock now meets the needs of elementary school children with a radio, a night light and a soft blue glow. This helps them manage their time responsibly, especially when preparing for school. If I ask them to tidy their rooms, it's not that hard because they turn on the radio while they're at work. My 4 year old even uses it to learn how to read time digitally. When they get older and have a smartphone to play music with, they can plug it in and play it through the speakers, which means I think it could work for us for a very long time. I am very happy with this purchase.
