The agitator on my 18 year old Kenmore Elite washing machine has stopped working. Searched YouTube for suggestions and all the videos pointed to dogs. Revain has many vendors that sell them, but I chose this model because they offered the fastest delivery time. It only took me 15 minutes to set up four dogs. (have never installed it). It is so easy. Just look on YouTube. After the installation everything worked fine. Now the stirrer works great. I can't imagine how much it would cost if I called a service technician. A few notes: 1. To remove the old pawls you will need to gently pry up the plastic ring holding the pawls to prevent them from popping out. This ring is held by two small tabs. If you want to reuse the current ring, press the two latches and gently lift the ring. Otherwise you may break the tabs and need a new plastic ring.2. Once you have everything set up, do not run a new wash cycle with a full load. Just make a small batch if the agitator still doesn't work. Otherwise you will have a full load of laundry without the agitator jumping back and forth. All in all a great product and very easy to install. $$$$ saved.
