My car was listed as this product and it was, but it is designed to easily attach to an existing 6th generation +6 CD/DVD changer can be connected. This will not work if you already have one installed from the factory. I have a Lexus GS430 '06 with a DVD changer built into the sat nav. So I disabled 6+6 which is much larger than the DVD changer plugged into that socket. Now I got a 6+6 splitter and plugged it in, added an extra cable/Lightning cable for my iPhone and it charged my phone but nothing else. My screen didn't even recognize it where it should be. The moral of the story doesn't get it unless your 6+6 is empty.
