This bag is not for the professional wine merchant. When I first took it off, one of the wheels broke. The next time I lifted it out of the car and set it down on the concrete to start rolling, the second wheel came loose, but at least it was straight then. I wanted to return it immediately but had a lot of appointments and nothing to back up. The brackets also broke, and the lid came loose at the seams because it contained larger bottles with a protruding cork. It's been sitting in my closet ever since and I realized it would have been worth paying double for the Chill-n-go brand, but as a new wine rep I was on a very tight budget and was hoping it would work. It was a waste of money.
