Cheap for a reason. Unusable and very bad quality!

Tip comes off almost instantly with every use. After about 6 uses, the handle broke and was no longer good! I emailed the company, they emailed back (to my surprise) asking for a photo. I emailed the photo I listed and never received a reply. I gave them 3 full weeks and NOTHING.
