Review on MICHELIN Primacy 4 215/55 R17 94V summer by Wiktor Wasilewski ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I expected mediocre quality, but the product was pleasantly surprised.

BMW f10 car. Tires bought a couple of months ago. Prior to Primacy 4, I used ContiSportContact 5 and Nokian Hakka Black 1 version. (If anyone is interested, the conti ride is much nicer, the hakka is more oaky, noisier, more bumpy, AND 1.5 kg heavier per wheel! But the conti has 2 hernias) At first, he was quite upset. The steering wheel became light and empty, the tires were light, and, having installed them, it seemed that even too much: When hitting more serious bumps, there is a certain feeling of “ballooning”, accompanied by such a cheap sound and makes one doubt the strength. However, time will tell. This was the first drawback. Second, the sharpness of the steering wheel has disappeared, especially when maneuvering at speed. In the range around zero, excessive lightness. So, for those who like to ride aggressively, the tire will not fit unambiguously. But there is a reverse side of the coin - it became easier to turn the steering wheel at parking speeds. Now the pros: it became more pleasant to enter city turns, there was a more pronounced excessive rear-wheel drive handling. (Compared to previous tires) I like it. Further, of course, COMFORT. Exactly what they buy these tires for. They ride softly and comfortably, the bumps are smoothed out a level higher, the tram tracks do not hurt the heart so much)). The average speed of driving on bad city roads has grown. It remains to be hoped that they will withstand such a regime without hernias. Another minus: on smooth asphalt, the tires are silent, BUT the stronger the contrast when it hits a rough one from a large fraction - they make noise and transmit trembling more than, for example, conti sportcontact 5. It would be better everywhere more average . Together with the missing steering sharpness and ballooning, this is the third minus. I hope the cons pay off with legendary durability! Would I buy them again? No, I'll try Premium contact 6. Or 7 at that time)))
