I am new to Autoworx, however I have worked with other software solutions such as Docusign, Salesforce, Netsuite, Freshdesk, among others. The cost of entry into Autoworx was reasonable compared to other platforms, however the functionality offered exceeded my expectations. As I have stated previously, I have experience with multiple CRM solutions including Salesforce, NetSuite, Docusign, and many others. When I evaluated Autoworx, I noticed the interface was clean and simple, yet functional. I liked how the UI allows you to access and view key information easily. For example, the Work Orders module gives you a full breakdown of each work order and includes information such as location, technician name, start date/time, end date/time, etc. Additionally, you have the option to send an email notification when the work order is complete. This is extremely useful, especially if you run a business and want to ensure customers receive notifications about their repairs. The Customer Feedback module has proven to be a great tool because it helps us identify issues with our technicians, and we can see exactly what the customer has experienced. All of these modules offer advanced reporting options that allow you to segment data based on your unique requirements.
