Excellent insulator, easy to clean.

This thing keeps food warm for hours, even without a heater. I had a brisket that stayed warm for over 6 hours even when opened and served. Be sure and order some pans for him as I've been trying for days to find disposables that would fit without success. I finally got the ones made for him and they work great.
