4 stars because it gets the job done. Haven't used it seriously yet, but tested it several times at home. My biggest problem with this device and app is that it keeps warning me that I'm in an unsafe area. I live in South Florida - every area is sure to sound the alarm (which has happened so far, especially when I'm traveling on business). It wouldn't be such a big problem if there was a setting in the app to disable these notifications without turning off all notifications. It's very "all or nothing". I get these alerts about 10-15 times a day and it's so annoying. Dear seller, please update the app so that these settings can be disabled. I am about to return this product.
