6'3", 295lbs, waist 42lbs, I was healthier in the early stages of the serious program. Even after one After leg vein surgery and a torn calf I wanted some serious compression shorts/tights/leggings (whatever you want to call them) because my legs definitely feel a lot better with them on than without them.They are absolutely comfortable.My only problem is that they don't breathe as well in the groin/crotch area as I'd like, so they tend to keep that area a little hotter than I'd like As for me, I find 2XU products to provide both impressive compression and compression have better breathability.If you need a little extra warmth that would be awesome.For me, living in South Texas, I need all the coolness and breathability I can get can.
