After spending a few hours on this and getting nothing, I'll try again in a day or so. At the moment I'm too frustrated to continue with extreme effort, I keep resetting the device following their so called 'quick start' guide but no internet! It connects but doesn't allow internet access! Pos. Here are the starting values. they can be misleading! Next The worst point: Although their website shows a chat, the chat was not available for hours, although it could be a hardware problem, ie a problem with the firmware in the device (wi-fi) Routers, I have my doubts.. and more, I doubt that this company will endorse their product, they don't even post an installation guide online like they do for more expensive items, so that gives an idea of what theirs is Interests! $$$ more expensive products but cheap $, poorly supported!
