This was the device my wife used, bought it specifically for safety and combined shatter window, seat belt knife with dual USB outputs. Well, my wife's USB tab broke while using a USB charger for her Pixel phone. It is very disappointing that the return window is so short. I wonder if this has happened to more consumers. I am very dissatisfied and would not recommend this product. The safety item must be durable and tested.
