Separate shipments / Defective parts / Product consistency

Item comes in partial packages 2 Nozzles are defective when shipped; It's not worth paying the shipping cost for return shipping. 2 gaskets are slightly larger than the others (not the same 2 as above) and were post-spliced when installed, forcing me to disassemble, reassemble and clean up a significant fuel mess
