Easy to manage. The analytics reports are great. The integration with Zapier is a fantastic feature that allows easy data import from other tools. I wish they had more customizable features beyond basic templates. I would love to be able to customize the text used in the notification messages, as well as the timing of when it's sent out. This is a relatively cheap solution for sending out marketing emails to leads. We were able to save time and reduce bounces by communicating with our prospects and customers via email rather than having to manually respond to each lead.
