broken but there wasn't much choice, positive reviews seem too good to be true, negative ones say it is. but nothing else helped us, our LO has a habit of rubbing his head on pillows, bedding etc which results in super rugs that can't do anything about it then get in that brush! Combined with the only detangler we found effective (the original sprout), mats were tamed for the first time without tears or struggles! Now she allows you to comb your hair without shedding tears at the sight of a comb! Thank you for developing such a wonderful tool! We use it ourselves too, and the rest of the brushes (6+ total) go in the trash where they belong :)
