So far, so good. Radio came standard on my Jeep
Installed on a 2012 Jeep Patroit. So far, so good. My Jeep had a stock radio. There is nothing extra! No steering wheel remote control. etc. On a super base jeep model. I'm still not 100% sure if this is necessary to solve problems with the computer (canBus). Of course it supplies simple 12V and power is retained after the key is removed. But it can also be reached via the cigarette lighter seat. So for convenience. Of course! but $65 is still steep for something you may or may not need. I still can't find any information on whether the base model, a simple no-frills Jeep, needs CanBus.
