Great, great product! My 9 month old Golden Retriever was coming into heat and I didn't want a mess all over the place. At 65lbs I was nervous about the size and wanted to cover her up as soon as possible (thanks Amazon, Prime!). I pulled a tape measure from an old sewing kit and ordered from her pattern. The XL fits perfectly, with enough room for her huge fluffy tail to pull through the nappy hole. She did her best to try to get out of there but to no avail! The velcro is MUCH stronger than I expected. After 4 days she can't take them off, we keep our house clean and she only seems annoyed for the first 5 minutes when we buckle her. I would buy them 10 times. This diaper has a built in absorbent pad but I can line it with a sanitary napkin to protect it from stains. I have hand washed 1 diaper already, stains remain and it dries for a long time (more than a day). I suppose this would be more successful in conventional washing machines. The velcro strap fits snugly around the waist of the diaper.
