According to my experience, this plastic dumpling maker is a great kitchen gadget. It is very easy to use and saves a lot of time, especially when making a large number of dumplings. The size and shape of the dumplings are also consistent. However, the plastic material feels a bit flimsy and may not be as durable as other high-quality kitchen utensils.
