Using this baseplate our team found that it just didn't hold up under strenuous towing conditions .The entire unit was unstable, and we had to worry about it coming loose at any moment. The only good thing we can say is that it was easy to install and remove. However, overall, we were extremely disappointed with its lack of durability and would not recommend it to any serious automotive enthusiasts..
