Review on 💧 AQUACREST WFFMC103X Compatible Filtration: Filter 100 Gallons Effectively by James Edwards

I always use a Dupont replacement filter. I always buy 3 packs but the price has gone up. So I tried the Aquacrest brand. Normally, after 30 days of using Dupont, the water flow will drop to a low flow. To me, this is an indicator that I need to replace the filter. With Aquacrest I see no change in water flow. Ask me if this product is genuine. Dupont costs about $30 for a pack of 3. Aquacrest costs about $9 less for the same 100-gallon filter. While I like the difference in price, I want to make sure I get what I pay for. Recently, a city has had problems with lead in its water. The city gave away Pur brand filters. My point is that I wish consumers could test the filters to make sure they actually remove the contaminants advertised on the packaging. Perhaps someone reading this can tell me how to check the water after it has passed the filter.
