So that's a pretty solid frame. We are pleased to report that it arrived undamaged and very well packaged. Came with a thick layer of bubble wrap in an individual box. The problem I encountered in particular was related to glass. I am a photographer and occasionally sell framed prints to clients. Used this for a cheaper combination of frame and print. The glass is fairly reflective, which is to be expected at this price point. If you want to eliminate the glare you can use tru vue museum glass, but for 16x20 glass alone it's more expensive than the price of this frame. That wasn't a big problem in this price range. Most standard frames have this problem. What bothered me the most about the frame I received was how smudged and dirty the glass was. I had to use a lot of cleaner and force to really get a clean mirror on both sides. And even after all that, there were still noticeable spots in some places that wouldn't go away. Again not a big deal, the glass also arrived in perfect condition and after a thorough cleaning there were practically no stains left on it. However, I wish I didn't have to do this in the first place. Overall, the frame is very solid and has a good weight. I bought the frame painted white so I can't tell if it's real wood or not, but the weight indicates it's real wood and the frame didn't arrive with the paint chipped off. I would recommend if you don't mind putting in a little effort to remove some stains. I wish there was a screen protector on the glass like other frames I've bought in the past to make this easier.
