I liked the double mats on this frame, the suspension and the overall look of the much more expensive frame. I was looking for an alternative frame for my large art reproductions as the ones I received were often slightly damaged at the corners. It's fantastic, the only thing that bothers me is that the mat is light gray and I'd rather have it white or cream to match the color of the paper I'm using. It would be great to have color options for rugs in the future! overall a great product.

This frame was packed VERY carefully and was not damaged. The frame quality is excellent and the overall frame finish is superb. It comes with durable brackets for adding hanging wire. It's very easy to open it, place your art in it and close it. It's glass, not plexiglass, but I'm not sure if glass is UV resistant to keep the art underneath. The mattress looks great too. All in all a great deal. The only question is why we can't manufacture such a frame here instead of importing it from China.

These are my favorite frames for all my photos. They are well made and easy to use. I take out the glass and wash it on both sides. Lightly clean the frame from dust and put the glass back. I attach my photos to the mat with linen tape. Buyers seem to like the dual floating mats. The back and hangers aren't cheap cardboard, but a nice black color that looks more professional. My first frame arrived broken, photo attached. My replacement frame arrived with a deep scratch on the glass. Between the two frames I have a good frame. The carpet is off center and arching so I'll have to take it apart this weekend and see if I can fix it. Overall, this is about what I would expect from a $24 frame. So that's a pretty solid frame. We are pleased to report that it arrived undamaged and very well packaged. Came with a thick layer of bubble wrap in an individual box. The problem I encountered in particular was related to glass. I am a photographer and occasionally sell framed prints to clients. Used this for a cheaper combination of frame and print. The glass is fairly reflective, which is to be expected at this price point. If you want to eliminate the glare you can use tru vue museum glass,
