My first frame arrived broken, photo attached. My replacement frame arrived with a deep scratch on the glass. Between the two frames I have a good frame. The carpet is off center and arching so I'll have to take it apart this weekend and see if I can fix it. Overall, this is about what I would expect from a $24 frame. Totally usable and doesn't look super cheap. The frame looks heavy. I will be buying 2 more for my other 2 prints. I informed Revain that my first frame broke and they sent a replacement. I didn't have to send the original back which was good because I ended up needing the jar of it. I see no reason not to buy with such good customer service. Added update for 2 new frames: The second set of frames I received arrived in good condition. My only complaint is that there are stains on the glass that won't go away no matter how hard I rub them. Again 24$ frame so I'll look into that. You get what you pay for and I don't expect perfection at this price point. I would add that the mats that came with the new frames are a lot more even than the first two I got but you can tell they are still a bit clipped. wunky Don't As long as you don't expect crop quality, you should be happy.
