They are great for antennas

Have been using them for years and for the money you can't beat them. I've just started running it on my Reaistic TRC474 which has been in storage for years and is still working fine both sending and receiving. &lt;&lt;&lt;&lt;&lt;&lt;The only complaint I have with them is that the base of the spring starts to rust after running them for a while.&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt; Looks bad and can affect performance if the corrosion is bad enough. Although I would recommend it.
