These are high quality measuring spoons. They are a good weight and the handles are longer than "regular" spoons. They are well polished in the measuring area of the spoons and clearly marked with an easy to read container on each spoon. The ring that holds them together has good rigidity but allows you to easily remove the spoon if you want to remove one or more from the ring. They're a little pricey, but judging by the weight, handle length, and overall build quality, I think they're worth the asking price. Polishing within the gauge was one of the main reasons I chose this set over others. Dry powdered ingredients slide out. Sticky or oily ingredients also slide off easily. This is especially important for small sizes.
