I bought these after seeing MANY great reviews AND I didn't want to spend $3 a gallon at stores. It takes about 20-25 minutes to fully dissolve and ALSO works like a store bought liquid. WHEN winter rolls around, simply add 4 ounces per gallon of 91% isopropyl alcohol and it's ready for WINTER SPEED! I saved the 2 liter bottles to make windshield wiper fluid for friends and family. that they really like it. NOTE: Use a mop for heavily soiled windshields at the gas station. :)
