Review on Fireplace Blocker 36 Inch 48 Inch Blanket by Gary Konduru

I bought this blanket to cover the screen when the fire wasn't quite out and I couldn't close the chimney at night. We live in an area with strong winds and were dying to wake up with warmth in the house and no ash on the floor. The fireplace is made to order, so the dimensions are slightly different from the standard ones. The ceiling is not big enough, but a very big one would be too big. I do like the duvet though. There is no ash in the morning, and I have the feeling that even with the chimney closed, these small drafts do not rise up the chimney. And an advantage is that it's black and doesn't distract from the rest of the house. I love it. It has magnets that make it stick to the screen and is very easy to attach and fold as much as possible. Like I said, it doesn't quite fit, but it pretty much does the job. Expensive - so be prepared to pay for quality.
