Doesn't lighten, but otherwise helps
The second tube is almost over, the teeth haven't changed. However, my last visit to the dentist showed improvement in my gums. Perhaps the ingredients in this toothpaste are partly responsible for the improvement. I wouldn't be surprised. So it was nice. Although I would also like to have whiter teeth.
