Review on BUNKER INDUST Daytime Running Replacement by Doug Layman

I was very happy when I found these headlights, fitted the same headlights to my wife's jeep, they were much better than the normal ones. Installation was easy, I have a steel bumper that uses stock Ram 94-02 fog lights so it's easier to reach. The disappointing part was how the halos are connected. They use ground through a light wired to the factory wiring so the halo only lights up when the fog lights are on too. This is pointless as you cannot see the halo when the main light is on. I was really hoping I could use Halos as DRLs. The headlights themselves aren't very bright either, but take that with a pinch of salt as my headlights are behind a grille on the bumper so they can diffuse some of the light. They look good on the truck, but I honestly feel like I wasted $55 and an hour of my time.
