Purchased to hold a 20" art wreath on a glass door in Florida (heat and humidity). For this purpose they work well. They are quite large, as are the hooks. I had to undo the hanging loop on my wreath to fit. I doubt anything will deflate or loosen easily. I could use a smaller size if offered. They should be able to wear fairly heavy jewelry. They also don't stick to my wooden indoor garage door. Worked well for my purpose, love that they are clear too.
