I bought this along with the Otter Commuter Series iPhone 7 case. The first problem, despite following the directions, was an ugly air bubble under the lid that immediately made me wonder if I was going to start it. The fatal flaw, however, was that no matter what I tried, I couldn't get the phone to register a press on the spacebar, rendering the lid unusable. Other points responded with a little more pressure and it just couldn't make it work at all. Picked up and dropped. The suburban case seems to be working well so far.
