On keto for about 9 months. Recently I began to crave porridge (flakes are enriched with vitamins). Every cereal in the box is not keto friendly and I'm allergic to keto cereal and who wants to pay $2 a bowl for cereal. Since I'm really looking for a vitamin kick, I thought I'd try this fruit-flavored powder. Some reviews claim that the powder doesn't mix well. Either the liquid was not measured correctly or it is taking longer to mix. I used my milk frother/mini blender for 15 seconds and it was perfect! If you don't like drinking leftover milk in a bowl of cereal, then this drink probably isn't for you. The taste is top notch.
