I use it on a '97 Ford Ranger with a full size bench seat and it has a side button latch instead of a rim or end button. It must be pulled through this stand. If it had a filler like a square grommet or a two piece plug to hold it on the belt and tighten it would work better with a different side button for this latch. The original belt and bent plastic grommet which has since come loose. .
