So I bought it for my son's eighth birthday. I bought a size 9/10 so he can wear it for a while. It seems to suit him well. A bit big but still looks good. There are two things I don't really like. The material is flimsy and I'm afraid it will tear easily or wear out quickly, although time will tell. What I also don't like is that the buttons on the collar and on the front flaps cannot be attached to the jacket. They are not stacked. They seem to stick out of the jacket. I wish the jacket had zips to attach it to the collar and flap clasps to secure it in place. It also looks cool with a zipper.
