I received this to renovate a rental house I bought. It's been 4 months of hell after we decided to gut and redo everything. I used this drill recklessly. From hammer drilling concrete to driving 3 1/2" construction screws. I abuse tools and was willing to throw them away after the repair was complete. 3 months later I'm still abusing them. I use them almost every day. I have just installed new windows in my concrete block home which required drilling concrete and plugging in 3" faucets. It shows wear and tear from abuse. The low or high speed switch is getting clunky, the turnbuckle is loose and I need to fix it, and overall performance seems a bit reduced so all in all if you need a drill from time to time this works great batteries hold a charge well and don't drain in a sitting position also a good deal if you have a one -Need a job tool that's cheap enough to throw away when you're done.
