I bought an air fryer to use in my Instant Pot Mini to cook some basmati rice. I used the same washed rice to water ratio that I always used in my old rice cooker. Cook with the pan on the wire rack for 6 minutes under pressure with natural release; great rice came out. I've tried cooking glutinous rice directly in the Instant Pot several times, but it always ended up being too dry. This pan is a great addition to my kitchen. I skipped the durability rating as it only arrived yesterday. I really hope it is as long lasting as it looks as I expect to use it several times a week!
