NO . You have to align them carefully. They're made of hard plastic, but the rubber feet that hold them are soft. But you need to line up the cover bushing with the hole in the truck frame. If you run the fork wrong, you can never straighten it. I used a 2 pound mini sledgehammer and slowly tapped the edge to get it going and then banged it all the way back into place. Never any problems. And for those wondering where the two little plugs go, there are holes in the frame just below the front doors where they fit perfectly.
