This vest is great. I had previously bought and sent back a completely different one that had shoulder straps like a backpack (I knew it would rub me while running once I put it on) as well as a chest strap that went right across my chest! Decided to try this one and am very happy with it! I'm 5ft 5 in 130, I wear a 32D, the small size fits me perfectly! The vest itself is very breathable and lightweight. It's also very well balanced so it's still very comfortable when you're carrying all 4 liters of water (which I just did on a 6 mile run). This will be a great tool for my long runs! So glad I got it - especially in this FL heat! It still stayed pretty cool throughout the run (I put some ice in it too).
