This is my first running vest. I have to admit it took some time to get used to. I tried walking a camel and it was too bouncy. It has some rebound but in a different way, close to my body and comfortable - but it added some firmness to my chest area overall. The chest straps are adjustable and can be slid up or down as you prefer. I was impressed with this feature! I was looking for a way to carry a hydration bladder on longer runs. I have used a 16 ounce bottle or two 8 ounce bottles on my belt for many years.
