I bought these headphones to reduce the noise around me and to be able to use them when working remotely. Callers I speak to say I sound muffled, far away, or underwater when I use them and speak. I sent the first pair back thinking maybe it was just a defect in one but the second pair has the same issue. They will also be returned.
