The replacement took about an hour. Based on the reviews, I checked it carefully to make sure all the internal parts are safe; you were I removed the air filter cover, unbolted the air box, disconnected some vacuum lines and lifted it up to access the two starter motor mounting bolts. You must be very careful when connecting the power supply if you leave the battery connected. But that's all - the old came out, the new was put in; a plug plus power cord. Two weeks and so far so good.
