We have owned it for several months, which was necessary for us in a medical situation where one person had to sleep with their upper body elevated for several weeks (perfect for that!). And I just went back to buy a second one because my husband and I will never go back to self-inflatable camping mattresses after trying these. I was surprised by some bad reviews here. It seems to be a quality control issue related to deflation. However, there are not many reviews, so it is difficult to find out. What I can say is that ours haven't deflated in weeks and they haven't had any other quality issues. The pillow end is awesome, much better than the standard flat top. It is fully independently adjustable in height, making it very comfortable. Plus, not having to fill individual pillows when camping is invaluable.
